from the Ahrma web site:

Henry Hogben, Ducati restoration expert and vintage racing tuner died on September 25th from long term heart complications. He was admitted to a local hospital near his shop in LaSallette, Ontario, Canada at the time of his death. Henry was internationally known for his Ducati Singles Restoration shop. He was also very well known in North America for his extremely fast vintage Ducati 250 racer that his rider Dean De St. Croix raced to many victories with AHRMA and VRRA. Henry also successfully campaigned his Ducati 250 at the Isle of Man Manx races in 2000. There is a brief memorial planned at the AHRMA Barber event.
Henry had lost one arm early in life, but kept riding. His personal Duc Single had the throttle, clutch and brake all on one side of the handlebar.
His restorations were gorgeous, and he built the fastest Singles this side of Bologna. (125mph at Daytona, 15 years ago, back stretch before the chicane)

Godspeed Henry.....:(
