To me it looks like the second person has a similar item to sell and stole the Pic from the first guy.

Send an e-mail to both of them and see what they say. My guess is one of them is going to get called out...

I saw something like that also. I was bidding on a 916 frame on sat, someone outbid me in the last second, and now they have it on again w/ the same pic and a starting price twice what they got it for.
