i wear a 46 and i think it is on the verge of being to small. so i would say that it would fit you but for me i just dont like how it feels under my jacket.

great back protector, I use it as well. I had a 100+mph get off at the track and slid and tumbled for quite a ways. The back protector was well worth the money!
