I got a pair of Alpinestars Street Cargo Pants for sale. They are new with the tags still on them. I've never ridden with them.

Black Size 32.

Are they elastic waist that stretches or have straps that would expand? I am a TRUE 33, which means I buy 34's and use a belt. Just asking.

They have straps to make them tighter. They are sold anyways.
