I feel that way because Claudio was very business savvy and could make deals happen. I don't think anyone else at MV can do that. The company supposedly is 'cash rich' with little to no debt which is good for now but if they ever get into financial trouble again, without Claudio's brain I don't see them getting out.
Hm, makes sense. I was thinking the same, along the lines of Steve Jobs stepping down when Apple was just coming out of the turmoil many moons back, it may have been disastrous. Certainly gives me pause.
