yup - still no word from the insurance company on what will happen to the bike. i really want it out of my truck, so i check up pretty often. like i said, unless its going back to ins. the clamp is urs, and the only way its going back is if they tell me a rediculous buy back price.

the nose thing was a joke, im not really parting it out..

hey spawn, I was going to buy your part off of ebay simply because I need that big aluminum bolt looking thing that sticks out of the headlight bucket to mount the airtube and upper fairng to the bucket. would you sell it seperately? also, you said if the buyback is to high you are going to let the ins. co. have it. what is to high to you? I am very interested because I need a fuel tank assy. and a lock set. was your dash destroyed?

by too high i meant an amount that i will be able to sell off the bike or part it out and make profit. i would say if they ask more than 2.5 grand i am not touching it.. maybe even less.

was the dash destroyed? look at that nose, do u think anything survived of the dash? lol. it was shattered to many pieces...

once the auction ends and noone wants the whole thing (i put it up as a joke but hey maybe someone wants to give me 50 bucks for it!) ill just send u that bolt. fair enuff?

let me know if you dont want to buy it back, I may be interested, what is that exhaust on it and is it damaged also? And , do you have ANY of the dash?? I only ask because I have a good cover for one but need "the guts" out of a dash that has the keys/ecu with it.

its a termi half system, and yes its damaged, but i havent looked in detail as to what extent. might only be minor

I was going to bid on the auction but didnt want you to have to pay the selling fee then.my address is 704 west smith valley road, greenwood, indiana 46142. I am referring to the big aluminum bolt looking part. it screws into the headlight bucket. And it is tapped on the opposite end for the bolt that holds the upper and airtube. Also, dont forget me when you figure out what you need for the bike as it sits.

cast is off, going to therapy 3 times a week. have limited motion but hopefully it will get better.

i do have 11 screws though.

i really hope i keep the bike. i'll upgrade a few things here and there and have a cheap new ducati track machine.... i'm staying away from street as much as i can help it.
