That's right, I bought my 2004 new in 06, and have ridden that much. It's pathetic, but with the military I've basically been gone to schools or deployed constantly. This looks to be the 1st summer where I will actually be able to enjoy the bike. I used to hit up Deals Gap 3 to 4 times a year, 2 to 3 trackdays a year...so I need to get back in the groove.

The bike has fresh oil, new Pilot Power 2CT's (and a new Shark helmet - thank you Sportbiketrackgear!)will be here tomorrow (I hope) and I'm gonna hit the backroads in KY this weekend, try to knock the dust off my pathetic riding skills. I'm thinking about doing the NESBA Putnam event, that remains to be seen. I know there is one this weekend but I've got family plans besides the riding I want to do.

For those of you who get to ride all the time, just be thankful you can do so. It is really a privilege and definitely not guaranteed.
