Nice! Lots of trick bits on those bikes too! :rockon
Are the JSB rules as open as WSBK? JSB bikes just appear to be more "trick".
The purple kawi is a little ugly... but I'm drawn to it... curiously enough.
man, those race trim CBRs just look awesome
Who raced the Aprilia?
It's a bike used in the Italian SuperStock championship: it has some Italian sponsors on it, a SuperStock sticker and even Ivan Goi's name (current SS champion) on the screen. Looks to have been upgraded to JSB specs with tractions control, anti wheelie system etc.

DD boys
they used to be the official Honda dream team(they had the 2005 JSB winning bike with Itoh riding on the CBR1000RR)but in 2009 had a falling out with Honda Japan over money issues.
They are the official aprilia Japan team, but Aprilia had major personal changes early last year and they new crowd arent as helpful as before.

DD boys raced many trick RC45,SP-1/2 and CBR1000RR machines in the past, but the owner is a prick(I know him) and he has many enemies in Japan(including Kawasaki japan-he used to race them until he didnt pay for some trick hydraulic endurace stands)

There are many many shady people in the race industry here(like anywhere)

In the past the japanese bikes were as trick as WSBK,and the older F1 regs were crazy(before superbike regs)

but not really now, stock pistons, reg petrol, but can change the swingarm etc.
Bodywork is mostly FRP(even on the factory Yamaha-made by Cleverwolf)
and suspension/brakes etc are mostly scavenged from last years bike

The factorys have some imput, the YSP bike is a factory Yamaha, the Panasonic ZX10R is an (unofficial) Kawasaki machine, and the Harc pro is a fully blown 1 million dollar factory Honda machine(one off swingarm, most parts are one offs etc)

But the racing really died after 2007 when Dunlop stopped providing support and sponsorship dried up.
Just a few die hard and or factory supported teams left
wonder how many teams are racing this year
How are the tracks looking this year?
Sweet pics. Btw, what is that huge dick pad on the green Kawi for?
