I have a red 2000 748 gas tank for sale. It is damaged, but I believe (or so my body guy /welder friend says) is repairable. It has no internals, or valve/cap on the top.
It has a big 2" gash and dent in the back left from where my bike was backed over and fell on a road sign. other than that, it looks good.
The good part is, if you had a leather tank cover, the damage/repair would not even be visible.
First $40+shipping takes it, if not, I'll ebay and then????I hope this price isn't offensive, but I have no idea what a damaged Ducati tank is worth.
