Up for sale, Carl Fogarty edition Monster #118.
The bike has a BCM 1036 big bor kit, putting down 139.9hp and 87.3ft.lbs. (everything will be listed below). The motor was built by Bruce Meyers at BCM, Bruce did the initial tune and Doug Lofgren has since done a completely new tune. I do not have a copy of the tune Doug did on hand, basically same numbers, but he got rid of flatness at 7-7500rpm.
The bike pulls like a freight train! The cost to build the motor alone is in the neighborhood of $10,000.00, just had one built for another bike last winter.
Motor build:
-996 ST4S motor with BCM 1036cc big bore kit
-V2 Stage II 748R intake & exhaust cams
-38mm intake and 32mm exhaust valves
-machined and balanced crank flywheel
-Pistal pistons 13:4:1
-Carillo Rods
-complete head porting
-54mm throttle bodies
-complete blueprinting
-FIM 5.9 ecu
As you"ll see from the pictures the bike has many other mods:
-BST wheels
-Surflex slipper (band new plates)
-STM oil breather
-Evo slave
-Samco hoses
-Penske 8983 rear shock (200lb rider)
-Ohlins springs and valving in forks (200lb rider)
-Moto Corse radial fork bottoms, swingarm
-Cycle Cat rear sets, clipons, frame sliders, bar ends
-Alex Ortner custom made top triple, carbon fiber kickstan, rear brake bracket, Mag crank case cover
-Spedymoto lower triple
-848 brake/clutch masters, calipers (all have 800mi on them)
-520 chain conversion, Driven light weight front/rear sprockets
-CA Cycle Works left hand light switch, allows you to turn headlight off
-Speigler front single brake lines
-Frentubo kevlar rear brake line
