For the right collector, the price is whatever they are willing to pay. It's pretty hard to judge the price on a bike that is 1 of 26 ever made. How many RC45's are out there?

If it were a special edition tribute to some obscure racer that most haven't heard of, it would be forgotten years from now. That won't happen with a Joey Dunlop special. Especially not on that side of the pond.

I saw one for sale in Ireland not long back, very low mileage, looked like new and that on was only £20,000. This one seems a little over priced, i may put and offer of £25,000

I think we just went over this about 6 mos ago on the forum. Should be a thread out there somewhere regarding the Joey replicas. Nothing special on the bike to warrant that price however.

Agreed. Honda didn't do the work themselves, they commissioned RS Performance for the 26 bikes and as Jami says the changes were nothing special. There's some info about them here (plus a lot of other great reading):
