My RC30 build
Figured i would start things off with some of my build now that we have a place to put these without upsetting the natives:)
Not sure i have enough room here to post many of the pics so maybe i will leave them off for now unless there is a demand for them.
Bike has taken many changes and i have two and three of alot of parts so if you see them double listed this is why

A nice first thread for the new sub-forum.
Nice Mark. Do you have a youtube vid of that RC3o running?
Looking good! Can't wait to see a finished pic.
been a while for sure
working on a new Y pipe now for a ultra high mount mini GP can 79mm diameter carbon can or a tri oval twin baffle.
Fully sick, thanks for sharing.
Please post more!
I will post pics up when i get the bike done of my custom carbon fiber gas tank too :D The bodywork is getting painted silver here as we speak i hope.
I am planning on having a custom swingarm made that allows for better tire width clearance and is 10mm longer like the HRC unit from either billet block wittled down or maybe a greggs custom boxed in and coated, not sure yet. I am leaning towards a GC though TBH and i am hoping it will be not too heavy though
Great looking bike, cant' wait for more pics.
I saw it a Jim's a few months ago. I'm sure the finished project will be unique.
looks like a lot of hard work, very nice even though it is not my cup of tea.
Nice stuff Mark, looking forward to more updates. Thx. :)
currently getting painted
hope to have some pics soon
Heavy flake silver is now applied:D
Some black and possibly purple going down today or tomorrow and it will be almost done:)
I still have a bunch of other one off goodies and the swingarm to have made but it basically will be done-ish:p enough to drive finally.
I have ordered some ti tubing so i can make a new Y pipe to make the muffler a high mount instead of a low mount.
I have thought about having Gregg make a tube style swingarm and doing some box in but i am not sold on the look and weight. I am now able to machine parts and have taken my 5 year old idea of a billet arm and reinvented it, what do we think of a billet arm?
