HRC Swingarm Upgrade...
Honda's HRC Swingarm is a worthy upgrade for an RC45 and it's an easy
bolt on Mod if you happen to have all the kit parts specified in the
HRC manual... like HRC kit shock... HRC kit suspension linkage... HRC
kit brake hanger and so on... but if you don't have the parts then
it's a pain in the butt to interface one kit part with all the other
stock parts... so it was up to my own skills to engineer and machine a
list of parts to interface the HRC swingarm with the stock Honda
parts... consequently Mr.RC45 has been up on blocks for a couple of
months while the Lathe and Mill turned out the these parts... enjoy
the picture show...
Modified parts along side the stock Honda parts...
7075 T6 aluminum swingarm axle and nut...
7075 T6 aluminum lock nut and socket...
7075 T6 aluminum axle installed...
7075 T6 aluminum nut installed...

It took 9 days of sanding and polishing to remove all the rough
casting marks and bring out the luster of the aluminum...
Home made brackets and aircraft Adell clamps now hold a custom ordered
Spieglar steel braided line...

Tossin something down the road isn't always a bad thing... makes you feel like hell though. Each time I've tossed a bike... it just came back better 
Did you coat the aluminum in any kind of clearcoat? From my experience raw aluminum will pit very easily if you ride through the wrong stuff. Or you have to keep things really clean (Larry already does this).

you don't happen to know if the NC30 SSS will bolt up on the RC30 do you? I need one to send to my guy to have made a bit different and i can't get mine off right now so i though using a easily found NC would suffice?
possibly if your old 45 swinger fits my 30 could i borrow yours for a week or so with compensation of course?
