Get Loctite 243.

It'll stop 'em coming undone but you'll still be able to remove them in future without resorting to a heat gun :-)

Doesn't seem to mention an interval in the shop manual.

My SP1's got 18K on it - worth a look?

Does anyone use a trolley jack to raise the front of the bike when doing work on the steering stem / forks etc?

I'm concerned the sump is too far back and the uneven weight distribution will make...

Tacho not working

My tacho has just suddenly stopped working.

Speedo, tripmeter, temp gauge are all fine. But no tacho :-(

Can anyone advise on where I start troubleshooting this.
