Hadn't thought of that, but sounds perfect. I have the Sato rearsets so they're fixed. Probably wrap them in tape to protect the knurled surface of the pegs.

Nice to see somebody fixing up an Interceptor. Way back in the day I had an '83 750 Interceptor and loved that bike. That V4 is the smoothest engine I've ever ridden.
