duckhunter 51 And a new set of radiator scoops are born, made from full carbon fiber ( plain weave fabric ) and will be finished in a Matte clear coat.

duckhunter 51 They are very similar, much nicer finished product from Turn1 or Durbahn with sanded edges and then fine sanded and clear coated with gloss or matte finish in a booth.

They were modeled after a set of Turn1 scoops pictured below. The Turn1 scoops are for sale if anyone wants them.

duckhunter 51 Twill weave low mount exhaust hangers in high gloss finish.

Very very strong ( I can not flex them at all ) and weigh in at only 96 grams.

LKHanberg Do you have the weight of the OEM tail section, as a comparison?

duckhunter 51 Two side fairing molds near complete - Just trimming and some demolding work to do and a polish needed.

OEM replica fairings and supersport tail cowls are now available by special order.

OEM style nose cowls are next, few different headlight options to be available.

duckhunter 51 Right side OEM replica fairing mold in progress.

And the removal of the plug...

Some trimming and fine detail work needed and onto the left side replica fairing.

duckhunter 51 First supersport tail section in grey gel coat for painting afterwards. Made from 100% plain weave carbon.

Weight is nice at under 1500 grams and strength is impressive and reinforced at all the mounting points.
