Got tired of looking at the gold colouring of the ZX forks so I decided to vinyl wrap them in semi-gloss black..... much better

Mori cams are now in too; also installed a set of K-Tech 1.5mm FCV compression adjusters (forks) as well as a Coerce sprocket guard (had it powdercoated black).....

Installed them with 2007 CBR600RR lower triple (and Yana Shiki upper, machined out to accomodate larger tubes), Nissin monoblock calipers from a 2009 Daytona 675 (had to machine the shoulders down 10mm to fit), Carbone Lorraine CL60 pads. Also new, I also ditched the stock rear master cylinder and went with one from a RMZ250 (much cleaner, piston dia is 12.7mm vs OEM's 14mm) Tyre Changers

again, sorry for the pic quality, but it was a bit of a rush job......
I think the whole front end is light now that its been brought up: all jolts are titanium (or aluminum for bumper), as is the pivot, carbon bumper, triple cinches are all aluminum (counting stem), and ZX-10 forks were the lightest OEM forks when they turned out (2004; read some place they are lighter

I never check this forum so sorry for the much belated praise , but a more dedicated build would be hard to find ... nice work . I don't know where you find the time with a young child and our miserable climate with short riding season ! Even during the long winter there always seems to be something ELSE which requires attention . Almost forgot : is the Vmax note on the guage for shift points as you blast past any RC45's ? C'ause you'll need only the frst three gears !

Thanks for the kind words. The RC51 cluster is no more. I could never get the tach to work, so I took it off and sold it. Not was to give redline in gears to make sure I didn't overrev (HRC ignition box has no rev limited, as I found out the hard way.......)
