190/50/17 tyre doesn't fit in my SP1

I can not find the reason why in my SP1 doesn't fit 190/50/17 rear factory size tyre. On the left side it rubs against the chain. It seems to be to wide. I've got accessory wheel rims and perhaps are misaligned. I have a question. Can anyone give the dimensions A B C D E of the marked things from attached photos (much better view in full size) ? I will be very grateful

P.S.
Most important are B and D for me please.

My bike is in storage.

Is it a spacer issue?

If you have a thick spacer on one side and a thinner spacer on the other side, reverse them. My guess is the thick spacer needs to be on the left side and you have the thinner one there.

SP1 - Marchesini wheels - 15/42 - BrakeTech rotors - (fake radial mount) '08 1kRR calipers - blah blah sig masturbation blah...
