Not that this will help you, but for my case of sciatica, with pain down the backside of my left leg, it was a great cure.

Here's what my Doc told me to do ( she great looking too ) stand with my back to the wall , bring the knee( the side that hurts ) up to a 45 deg and push down with your hand ( s ) while pushing up with your leg . hold for 15 to 20 seconds , rest for 30 sec then repeat x3 , untill you feel comfortable . 4 to 5 times a day ,, she said that it will strengthen the leg and strecth the nerve .
my pain was in the inner thigh , behind the knee and upper glutius

as i get older i know two things ... i can't hear you and it takes a lot longer to heal
... i forgot and where's my glasses ... mix and match
