Price check help!

Need some help pricing out a somewhat "rolling chassis".

I have a lead on purchasing a 996 rolling chassis it contains:

- clean title 996s
- Frame
- Sub Frame
- Triples
- Showa Forks
- Ohlins Rear Shock
- Swing Arm
- Tank Fuel pump
- No Wheels
- Clip ons


Basically the bike minus motor, airbox, wheels, calipers, bodywork, lights.

Any suggestions on what would be a fair offer?

$1500 maybe? Hard to say really, you could part it out for about what it would cost to buy a complete bike.
