Yep, great advertising! Very slick (or slimey) move on Chris's part to post to a three week old thread just to bump it to the top! FREE ADVERTISING!
Sort of ironic. On one hand he's all concerned about an out of control customer being mean to his employee, but on the other hand he's perfectly willing to abuse her by putting a bimbo T-shirt on her and posting a somewhat less than flattering picture on the WWW for the World to look at, all in the name of free advertising. Seems sort of hypocritical to me!

But then if the shirt fits, wear it with pride!!
I thought u were leaving this thread 3x's ago?
Great advertising for CCW! Some crybaby gets bitchslapped in a "boycott" thread and then gets whipped the bird by a "bimbo" afterwards. Well done CCW!

Hi Jami,
Glad to see you're still hangin' in here! After going to "Find all Posts by,,," I see that this worthless thread is right up your alley. Have you ever posted ANYTHING of relevance on this Forum? Of course I didn't take the time to read all 20 pages but all I could find was chatter about MotoGP (like a Monday morning quarterback) and pics of your M3. Do you even own/ride a bike? Of course you do, probably a Honda Shadow!
Yeah, thats why he's "RIDING" and not waiting for parts..............he's on a HONDA!

Since I never bothered to unsubscribe from this thread I get the emails as they are posted to the Forum. I got one that for some reason doesn't show up there. You must have inadvertently deleted it.?? So I'll cut/paste it up again for you.
>Sweet, I just wasted 30 min of your day. Hey, weren't u leaving this thread 4x's ago? I thought I saw you and ur husband picketing in front of CCW last week. How's that ban going?
>And my Honda never broke down and I therefore I never had to act like a complete assfuk to some dealer who wouldn't bow to my every stupid request. Boycott threads are the BEST!
First off, thanks so much for keeping track of the numbers! I have a hard time keeping track of numbers like 3,4,5, etc.. Then you to get the double digit numbers and I'm totally lost!!
2nd, I didn't waste 30 min. of my time, much less than that and I don't consider entertainment/sport a waste of time!
3rd. I must have guessed right, you don't have a bike at all, probably have a scooter!
4th. I always wonder when I see a display of wealth like the pics of your car if the snot nosed kid of 36 actually has a great job and worked for the money to buy such a car or if his mommie and daddy just bought it for him!!

Mommy and daddy bought it for me. Now u can hate me even more! I don't even have a job, it takes up too much time and really cuts into my fun.
And I deleted my post cuz I actually feel bad for you after seeing the beating you've taken in this thread. It's like watching a baby seal get clubbed repeatedly!

Thanks for the offer but since I have no Gallery representation in NYC any longer I usually bypass NYC when I'm "up East" and go straight to Boston where I have family and friends.
Very sorry that the original poster had a bad experience, but I've only ever had positive experiences dealing with Chris Kelly and CCW over the years.
The tone of the original complaint didn't cause me to re-think either. I'll continue to use Cycle Works.
I suspect the OP would have come off a looking bit more reasonable if. instead of demanding a ban for a negative experience, he had entitled this thread "Negative Experience with CCW."
Instead, even if we accept everything the OP posted as true (and of course there are two sides to each story, as this thread has pointed out) he demands that we ban the sponsor because he had what appears to have been a pretty emotional disagreement about the service and treatment he received.
As an outsider (I have not done business with CCW although I am interested in some of their parts), they have come out of this looking better and much more reasonable than the OP has.
Just my

Wow! I haven't stopped by here in a long while as I no longer have, or hopefully, am between, Ducatis. I have dealt with Chris in the past and never had a problem with him. In fact, I would say he's one of the best internet dealers I've used. He called me one day to make sure he was sending the right part. He then spent the better part of a half an hour talking Ducs with me -- and this was not over a big ticket item. I did have trouble with some CycleCat parts I ordered through Chris. He cut me a significant discount because of that. I give him an A+ (does it matter that I have three post graduate degrees and actually used to teach at the university level and thus at least have some experience assigning grades? - it shouldn't; nor should the three years I spent working for the VA).
Excuse me, I'm going over to CCW and see if they have anything for Triumphs.

CCW sells some cool shit! Glad I saw this thread, it's about 20 to 2 for CCW and that's good enough for me. I'll be ordering some love for my S2R this fall for the long Iowa winter.
