Its just a bunch of scratched fairings and broken off mirrors and turn signals.

Best story was his first accident on the 748. He went over some speed bumps in a parking lot, not at high speed, and "got into a speed wobble". Blamed the Showa suspension so when the shop was repairing the bike he bought Ohlins forks and shocks to replace the OEM stuff.

Picked up the resurrected bike. Fell over a few weeks later. Sold it and bought 996.

He already did Sir! He used to post on this forum but some of the doucebags ran him off because they can't afford to do the same thing so they brought the hate. You know who you are!

I know for how much it has been sold for.
In the end - mot much of the mounted Desmo-Stuff is of any use.
So that Bike would be a good start for trackbike Rebuild.

... as you do have to replace most of the OEM Bits anyway.

Dude doesn't have much common sense. If I bought a Desmo and I didn't have riding experience, I'd buy a beater to tool around on just to get my skills up and leave the Desmo in the living room until I got comfortable.
