Default Terminal Velocity rocks

Why anybody in southern Ontario would buy thier bike anywhere else is beyond me. Service is the name of the game.

are you speaking about the customer service ? or.....shop service ?

I have never dealt with them but I am looking for a good , reliable, knowledgable service department. I do the majority of the work myself but when it comes to 6000 mile service I am starting to wonder if I am going to make the drive down to BCM or continue on to s8s for peace of mind.

Totally totally agree.
Steve has the knowledge and PR that will make any buyer happy. We have all heard of horror stories in the US concerning the relationship between dealer and buyer and service. With Steve these concerns are non-existent. Steve's business is based on word-of-mouth. He does not advertise in any of the Canadian motorcycle mags.

I endorse and recommend Terminal Velocity highly for anyone interested in buying a Duc in southern Ontario.

Don't bother, go see Steve.

I have bought 2 bikes from Steve and totaly agree you would be nuts to buy a bike from anybody else in Ontario.Excellent service and stocks stuff that I am allways suprised that he has as my experiences with other dealers in the Toronto area have prepared myself otherwise.
Before I had the pleasure of being introduced to Steve by one of my clients I had the mispleasure of going another dealer that is multiline on the outskirts of Toronto. The Ducs where hidden in rows on nondiscript Jap stuff and the salesman had zero knowlege about the bikes.
I dropped in on Steve one day on a ride up north and was blown away by the friendlyness of both Steve & Dory(Steves wife) and ordered a bike right on the spot.It was very evident that Steve is a total gearhead with tons of knowlege about anything with a motor and really loves what he is doing! My service experiences have totaly confirmed what my 1st impressions where very correct.A class act to say the least.I see a lot more Ducs in the future!
