Midnight bugs taste best.

Never try to race an old geezer, he may have one more gear than you.

It takes more love to share the saddle than it does to share the bed.

Motorcycling is not, of itself, inherently dangerous.

I think this from HST fits in well:

There are some things nobody needs in this world, and a bright-red, hunch-back, warp-speed 900cc cafe racer is one of them - but I want one anyway, and on some days I actually believe I need one. That is why they are dangerous.

"(This is a) forced march through my personal history. I don't think many people could sit calmly while boxes of intimate - and in some cases no doubt incriminating - correspondence were dredged up from sealed basement vaults. But I did, Bubba, but always from afar, from the greatest distance, trying not to cause trouble - and because I wanted to stay in the shadows and act like I was dead, and others tried to act the same way. Mistah Thompson, he dead.... We all understood that their lives and their long-range professional Fate would be a lot easier if I went out on a slick Ducati motorcycle one night and never came back."

On that note, here's somthin' you can quote me on:

If you crash your motorcycle hard enough that it makes bones stick out of your body, it'll leave a mark.

A decent bloke would FNCK off and let the mechanic work

I'd definitely charge double, infact I'd just give the tools to the watcher and say 'Here you do it ... I'll just make up the bill' ... anybody that likes to be micro managed is a moron, so why do it to your mechanic?

There used to be a sign in my local shop that read:

Labor Rate - $20/hour
If You Watch - $30/hour
If You Help - $60/hour
