Default 966 rebuild progress report

In case you missed it I had a little mishap at the Höckenheimring last month... basically got passed and dude brushed my front tire as he went by and down I went.... rest is history....

fast fwd to today, had to get faring stay mount rewelded on my frame, after that decided it was best to strip frame before I goes off for paint. Also got my new fairing stay in and track body work all test fitted and holes lines up and drilled.

I have new decals for the right side on the way along with new brembo master and some cylcle cat rearsets. Needs a few other odds and ends but other than that in a few weeks I should have most of it done...

more pictures once it starts coming together...

Good to hear it's coming along well. I'm interested to see how the frame painting turns out, as I was thinking of doing that myself. You're going to like your Cycle Cat rearsets BTW.

Regards,

Jeff

Default loyalty

Bruntr,

I respect your loyalty to your bike. Always thought your bike was gorgeous and it's cool to see you take the time to bring her back rather than parting her out and spending the money on the latest whatever. Awesome man!

Thanks guys..... no matter how bad I would wreck her I would never have the heart to part her out. have to say it is sad to see some of these perfectly good bikes being parted with only one thing $$ in mind.....
