I bought this set off of a guy from this forum 2 months ago, he will not reply to any of my emails so I can get the tracking #. I want to know if it was sold to someone else as well??
If it's been four months since you paid, I recommend posting the guy's name, screen name, and address - that will help us identify what the status is on this stuff.
Just my .

I'm hoping he just went away and will return soon? I want to give him the benefit of the dought before I drag his name through the mud!! He seemed like a super nice guy?

FWIW two months is insane for a private purchase. You are truly a very patient person. Unless he is a CIA operative or a Special Forces type that was whisked away in the dead of night to perform heroic American deeds I would be worried. The other possibility is that he may have bit it in an accident, but I hope thats not the case for him and you.
I know I'm way too impatient to wait that long. It's one thing if he told you, "btw, I'm going to China for two months tomorrow, so I won't be able to ship them until I return...". You should out him, and maybe someone else here knows him. Just my . Not so much to trash him, but to get to the bottom of it.
I have experienced a minimium of 6 weeks if the packages have been sent via postal ground. Customs, brokerage etc...all takes time and there is no rush with ground delivery.
If the bodywork was sent via courier like UPS, Purolator etc... the bodywork would have arrived by now.

His Name is Aaron Guardado from CA, I sold him a rear wheel off of my 749, I shipped it and at the same time he said he shipped me this bodykit and a brand new race fairing stay, he did not give me a tracking #, he said he had a buddy that would give him a very good shipping rate. Nothing...not even an email!!
Start the formal EBay complaint route immediately. They can give you all his contact info, including phone number. Put a Strike against his name so he has to respond. Call him and threaten a fraud charge. Its federal when the transportation across state lines is involved.
Don't wait, this makes Ebay think you're not serious.

I read that the parts were bought from a seller on Speedzilla. No mention of Ebay.
Where is he in California? What's wrong with posting his town of residence, or even his phone/address? Perhaps someone can do a ride-by and check it out for you.
I recall a private helmet buying incident that I was involved in with a non-responding seller. I shared on zilla here and requested some brotherly help. I looked for anyoone that lived within shouting distance of the seller. They were able to go the property and take pictures of the house, cars and their plates. This, with an interesting letter -avoiding straight threat- seemed to work well
Well, if you have a phone number, go to Google. Put in the phone number xxx-xxx-xxxx. You'll get everything that exists, including name, address, etc, if its listed.
Just have a name, go to white pages and try, see how many hits you get.
