I'm with ya gtoast. According to the BMI, I would have to be about ten pounds lighter than my lean body mass (according to a dunk tank test). That ain't happening anytime soon. I would love to get down to 230, but I don't have the will to do it now.
5"10" and 152. At almost 45 my wieght has not changed since college, except when I raced Ironman (went down to mid to high 140's). I drink too much, eat okay, and work out. Not a lot in terms of hours, but something 6 days a week (yoga, running, swimming, rowing mostly). Since I was 14....That's 9,703 days. Not counting the years racing triathlons where 2 workouts a day was the norm. Damn, all that time I could have spent riding.

With that height to weight ratio... do you have to safety wire your hands onto the grips so you don’t blow off the bike when you sit up at the end of a straight?

Not enough wind resistance
I do have to run arround in the shower to get wet though
