CASOLI MOTO Trackday in feb.

im post whoring this all around but hey did you see this, a trackday in feb. at Jennings GP in florida.

i got this off their site

they have 40 places available for the day and they will be on a first paid first come basis. should this prove to be a success for them, then they will have another trackday very soon. There really are no restrictions on bikes but being Casoli Moto are a Euro bike shop they would like it to be as European as they can.

The day is set to be alot of fun and is aimed at riders of all experience so come one come all. The cost for this day out will be $120.00 per rider this will include lunch and entry to the raffle to win 1 of 3 prizes. they suggest you look for accomadation so you are fresh for the morning as they will be starting at 8am. they have put a link to Jennings GP for you as they have all the accomodation details on thier site along with maps etc.

I will be there!!!!! I need a shifter for a 998. Mine works but hurts my foot after 10 to 12 laps. It is damaged from another track day. Can anyone hook me up before Saturday when I leave or at the track for that matter?

I'm drivin up after work with my bike and truck.

Roadrash, I have a complete stock footpeg, brake and shift lever set not being used right now. If you want to borrow them let me know but you better do it fast, it's Thursday! I'm in NC.

Pulling out. After talking with the store I was told there was going to be alot of Japanese bikes there.No Ducati preferential treatment in signups. Nothing special, just another track day

WTF does that mean? I have a Ducati AND a "Japanese" bike. Your statement is a bit snobbish, and perhaps part of the reason Ducatist's have a bad reputation.

BTW: My R6 is a dedicated track bike, that's why I'm taking it to the "track"

No, Bill's not being "elitist", he simply thought it was an Italian-only track day. US Desmo puts them on all the time, looks like they're doing it in Texas too. I know the Webman, he's not a snob. Well yeah he is, but he's a fast snob...

You guys all have fun at Jennings and be safe, whatever you're riding.

That means I can do any monday track day up there for $85 instead of the $120 they want.

no offence, it simply came out the wrong way.

As far as the R6 goes, for the cost of replacement fairings on the Duc, I can buy another R6. I've been down on the 998 before and would rather throw the R6 down the track.

Besides, it's easier to learn how to gain cornerspeed and refine your skills on a smaller bike.

Do you have a number? The number from the Days Inn site (912-559-0229) doesn't connect...
