Who says it had to be an "American" gift? I just think that being the President of the US required him to do better and consider that he was going to be in the presence of a true Monarch...albeit a very old one.
How about if he gave her something with simply more class than a gift you normally give to a teenager.

It's not like H-D didn't have ample time to design a decent motor for itself and Buell.. can't blame Porche or Rotax on this as much as I would like to. H-D's R&D department wasn't really able or allowed to deviate too much from Willie G's want to keep it the way it is. That thinking hurts H-D in the long run.

Last month I was at a Bass Pro Shops and there were three groups looking at guns. One looked like hunters, the other looked like maybe off-duty cops, the other was two young jerks from the hood. I'll bet all three of them had no problem getting what they wanted. It's like buying candy and this isn't even Nevada. What regulations we have are window dressing. Hell, why don't we legalize heroin too...if you want Americans to suffer? Great family values .
