What exactly are you looking to convict Bush and Cheney for anyway? Don't you think if there was any substance to that train of thought, dems would have tried to impeach and indict either of them by now?
Honestly, no one really knows what happened in the leadup to Iraq. That is why Congress should open a thorough investigation. I've seen enough interviews of CIA, Department of Energy, German intelligence, and other insiders to know that we have not gotten to the bottom of the Bush/Cheney sesspool. The Dems haven't done anything about it because they wanted to win the White House. With so many pressing needs an investigation of a sitting pResident would turn off the public. But for the good of the country, in the coming years, Congress would be derelect in their duties if they did not look under every single classified rock that Bush/Cheney has hidden. They were secretive for a reason - politicians always work that way.
