1968 Mark III 350 desmo

I am in need of an OEM dipswitch(hi-lo w/horn button).It is a small cylindrical piece that is chromed and held to the left-hand bar by two small screws which I have.There might possibly be an interchange with another model,but I am unaware.TIA
