You don't need to use the img tags when posting a thumbnail from Imageshack. Just post the code directly into the body of the message.

I'm getting it to post now. It still doesn't look similar to other images posted. When you click on it, it sends you to the image shack site

Your images are too large to actually attach to a message here.

i guess i have to live with that. What should i do in the future, alter the images on my computer? sorry for being such a pain in the ass.

Just keep doing what you are doing.

It's nice, you get a thumbnail of the image, you can click on it to get the full version, and it doesn't use up any of the message boards bandwith.

I actually prefer it.

Geez, I came down here to screw around with something else...and i learned something instead.

I like the "leave it as a thumbnail" idea too.
and here i've been clicking on it, bringing it to full size, copy link, paste, img tags etc.

thumbnail is a lot smarter [and more efficient for you guys too]

hey dave, I was trying to get some different "smilies" that I heisted [or thought I did] from the wera message board, to work here. but copying and paste dosen't work. it just leaves a link to their message board. It works when I test send it to myself in an email [ I just get the "smiley"] but here it looks like this:
