Exclamation 2006 SV650 price help!

Ok this is for the SV Gods....

What kinda of money is fair for a 2006 SV650 S w/ 2800 miles NO crashes, but did fall over in the guys garage. Has slight damage on the right side fairing & a broken brake lever. He also told me he had to replace the clutch plates under warranty?? (makes me a little nervous) The bike runs strong & shifts well.

I am new to the SV game & would like to pick this bike up, but kelly blue book is vauge on used SV prices. Any info would be great! TIA

Josh

KBB doesn't seem very vauge to me. It clearly states $5180 for a 2006 SV650S.

I'd tell him i'd give him 4700 because of the damage and replaced clutch plates.

Hey thanks... I guess I'm not smart enough to figure out KBB online... Either that or it was 230am when I was looking. Either way thanks for the help!

Talking Clutch plates waranty???

Could have been out of adjustment and had issues. But where was the warranty work done? Talk to the tech that did it?

Seems a funny thing... a dropped / wrecked bike with clutch issues is a red flag, but if all is well and everything appears ok, then give it a whirl.

If you don't need an S-model and are ok with an Old Man's 03 with full suspension mods (Penske, Racetech forks) and full M4 exhaust... let me know... my uncle is selling his.

I have a Yellow 04 S with all the supspension mods etc and it does change the bike quite a bit.
