Conversion of a KX250 for Supermoto?

Guys,
I have a 2001 KX250 that I use for occassional dirt bike riding that I would like to double up for supermoto duty. I would like to be able to switch the bike, back and forth if at all possible.

Any of you have any experience doing something like that? I am new to the supermoto thing, so all input is welcome.
