The complaint form is all online. I won't have any communication with anyone at the BBB for 7-10 days.

95 Trooper here. 175000 miles and going strong. Eats though some oil every now and then but that is about it. Sorry yours isn't working out for ya. I hope the BBB can get it resolved without too much trouble.
