Default 610 / Battery / Charging

I have both a Yuasa Brand Tender (900mA) and Battery Tender Brand "Jr." (750mA). Both are 12V. I understand voltage issues, but not sure how the negligible difference in delivery affects specific batteries. My DR-Z was specific about a 750mA trickle, so I bought the BT Jr. for it. The 610 manual just listed a standard value at 1.4A, so I get the 900 (Yuasa) should be fine, however, I'm not that good with battery tech, so didn't know if the JR. (750mA) would be better for lifespan reasons.
