After an early a.m. down pour, the race day turned out awsome.
Returning champ Erick Bostrom ( not that eric) started where he left off. He won
one of his two heat races, then won both his main events hands down. Erick also won the Dash for Cash, over Aaron Nelson and Brett Donahue.
Charles Jondahl in his first ever supermoto races, also won both his classes.
He had a great ride in the Open B race. After his clutch lever got stuck on his barkbuster. He made his way thru the field, caught the leader John Theget and 2nd place Rob Pretts, and the three went three wide over the 55' tabletop on the lastlap. You really would have had to see it. The 100+ fans loved it,as there was great racing thru the tight 12 rider field.
Rick Pfeilsticker beat Tom Mason, and Wes Pouge, in the 250 race. Young
(12years) Kevin Walter had the early lead. But got pushed back by the big guys. Next round is July 23rd see you then.
