Default Dvo1 Bashing

Just thought I would share a little story about Dan. Just because he said I was crying about my shoulder.
So here we are, a nice Sunday mourning at the track. Bikes lined up at the TOP of the hill awaiting tech. Its His turn, rides down, gets checked out, away he goes, up the hill on his back wheel, then just like that, yep he falls next too all the other waiting bikes. Just thought I would share alittle story from the track. Sorry Dan!

Interesting, the table top leads to confusion but the pavement works well. I am not to sure about the starting line to the tight right hand corner.

On another note Erin on the suzuki mini moto was something to see out on the track.

Dan, I was one of those on top of the hill and was a first hand witness. I'll give you 1000 style points in addition to the "1st Crash of the Day" award, even though the points mean nothing. A few years ago when I was crossing the finish line of a mountain bike race in Duluth, I went for some style points myself. As I lofted the front wheel my confidence grew the futher I went, so I opted to take one hand off the bars and flash the peace sign, ala Nicky Hayden. I was definitly styling for the next couple of weeks while I was sitting on my inflateable donut to ease the pain of my bruised tailbone from going over backwards. I did manage to take a bow to the crowd once I gathered myself up, still ahead of the 3rd place guy.

And do I see this right, is today (5/10/2006) Dan's birthday?

If so, have a happy one, and keep the rubber side down!!
