Default 2004 Ktm 625smc

My 2004 KTM 625SMC is for sale at $5,500. I am considering selling only because I no longer need a street legal bike and would like to get a race bike. It has less-than 1,500 miles on it and I have changed the oil four times and checked the valves twice during its short life. The valves have never been out of spec. The motor is totally stock, but I did remove the EGR system, charcoal canister, and throttle stop. The bike will include Fastway handguards, KTM axle sliders, KTM airbox cover, Michelin Pilot Powers, HH brake pads, and a Universal mini race stand, along with a bunch of spares. I have 15-16-17 countershaft sprockets, oil filters, a slew of KTM small parts (like gaskets, seals, etc.), and all the stock parts I took off, if you want them (including the Pirelli MT-60’s).

The bike runs awesome and starts immediately with a squirt from the accelerator pump. I even kicked it to life once, just to so I can say I did it  The bike is very clean, but I did low side it at the kart track (not very fast) once. Nothing is bent or broken but there are a few small scrapes on the right side; on the radiator shroud sticker, rear axle slider, and hand guard. I have used the bike at a couple track days, but never raced it. It has not been safety wired or even had its turn signals removed. The bike is very clean and always turns a lot of heads wherever it goes.

I have the (clean) title in-hand. I also have the spare key, the parts manuals, the owner’s manual, the briefcase KTM provides the manuals in, and the service manual on disc. Obviously, this is a street legal bike and terrorize your neighborhood, so if you want to hang a tag on it, go right ahead. This bike will make a great street hooligan or singles road racer! In fact, if it doesn’t sell quickly, I am going to order a cam and exhaust and road race it.

Unfortunately, I am not really interested in trades as I have my eye set on a certain Husaberg right now :arsenal I am located in Miami, FL 33158 if you want to guess long distance shipping, but I am pretty sure it will be between $300-$500 depending on how far away you are. For you Southeastern guys, I would be willing to meet you at Jennings, Starke, Moroso, or Ocala (with a deposit) as long as it’s on a weekend that we can ride

If you want to see a picture of anything in particular, or have detailed questions, PM me or e-mail me at yuriab *AT* yahoo.com

Price drop to $5,300. I'm taking it off the market on Saturday and ordering an Akra pipe and Rallye cam for it... I can't handle the waiting

I am dropping the price to $4,900. My buddy is giving me a great deal on a 'Berg FS650c, so in turn I'm willing to sell mine for a steal. You KNOW this thing is a good deal! Meet me at Jennings for the Supermotojunkie track day at Jennings on April 23 and ride your new KTM on the track the first day you own it! Pick up a killer street legal 'moto with 1,600 miles on it, that already has the upgrades you will want anyway, and costs almost $4,000 less than a new one!

I don't mind speaking on the phone, if you prefer:
