Christmas present from my wife.

Wow! Buffalo Point! Our first property was on the river, 7 miles downstream of Buffalo Point. Then they turned the whole river into a National Park and we had to sell. We used to do floats from Buffalo Point to the property all the time.

My new property is south of the Buffalo River about a mile after you climb out of the river valley on 14. My eastern property line is adjacent to 10,000 acres of National Forest. Great for dirt biking.

I will be semi-retired. It helps that the property taxes are so low. I pay $22 a year for my 20 acres. My dad has a house on his 20 and is paying just over $100.

Far cry from the big city, where I pay more than $10 a day.
