It's been a long time since I intentionally hoiked wheelies on the street. Having said that, they just seem to have a way of happening anyway under power.
While I'm not an advocate of showboating crap on the street, I do think that its worthwhile for riders to learn how to be comfortable riding wheelies so that they feel in control and relaxed when they inevitably occur.

I love wheelies.
I love to do them, I love to watch other do them.

They do have a time and a place, but they are fun and make riding fun.

except when you flip your CR250 over at about 40 mph on a gravel road with only a dirtbike jersey to protect you back - ouch!

or when you flip a pocket bike over at about 4 mph with only a t shirt and shorts.

I really wasn't thinking in either terms when I posted. I simply read your post, visualized you unicycling past cars on the highway at 100+MPH and it made me laugh. Then I thought about about you grabbing a handful of front brake while approaching the exit offramp with the rear tire a foot off the ground, sliding the front a little on turn in and then spinning up the rear tire with the tail out McCoy- style while dragging your knee all the way up the ramp!

Not in LDH's Category of "Stuntaz" Just someone whho has more than the basic skills of accelerate brake turn repeat. I will be in scottsdale on Friday so Pack up. I dont pick crowded streets or do this on Freeways and I dont make a habit of it. I know when and where. I have lost a lot of friends down there to stupidity like that and I wont end up dead because of it. Besides I like to drag my knee and ride with friends who dont go for that stuff. Ever heard of PSC? I am a member there as well.

That stuff is illegal so I refuse to participate in such unruly behavior on the roads.

Although it is a lot of fun to do that shit on dirt bikes.

Every stunt video/clip I ever seen is just a copy of the others. They bore me after about 5 min.
