A friend told me about a bike movie called "One Week" which is apparently quite good . I just rented it but haven't watched it yet . It depicts a young guy who takes stock of his life after discovering he has cancer , buys a vintage Norton and rides across Canada , enjoying the amazing scenery and meeting characters along the way .

Likely includes snow and hockey sticks at some point.
"For sure we've understood that to make the Ducati turn, you need a bigger effort than what Valentino was used to, physically too, and we didn't expect that. This bike is a lot more physical, the way to make it turn with the required precision is certainly the thing we must focus on at the moment."

I was hoping to have watched it already , so I could post a review , but haven't had a chance yet . Today for sure . No movie with a Norton can be bad !
I presume that he finds Nell tied to the railroad track by Snidely J. Whiplash and assists Dudley Doright in saving her. Or am I getting my movies confused?

Watched it last night and can recommend it even though at times it's amateurish in its direction/editing , and annoying in its narration . The latter , especially , deflates much of the drama and weight of the story and blatantly copies the style of a movie called "Magnolia" with its supposedly pithy philosophizing . But the scenery is breathtaking and the sites the protagonist visits , amusing . The movie is unabashadly patriotic , which is unusual for a Canadian flick . And at least the wonderful 360* crank noises weren't replaced with a 2-stroke soundtrack ! In sum , it`s a couples movie that serves as a pleasant distraction as we wait for riding season .
