errr, not just you (look up a few posts).

But PT is a damned fine designer. He's had many more hits then misses, but what I like about him is that he's not scared to push the styling boundaries. The 999 is case in point...sales did not reach expectations (but I'd submit that he had NO HELP with the pricing premium vs engine performance gap against the fast improving Japanese superbikes of that era....unlike the 916, the 999 was not on a performance par with the Japanese, and was heavier to boot - neither areas under his direct control)

Back to these though....I like the major elements, but not the funky little drilled covers around the headlight area, the exhaust cross-over pipe is out of sync with the other pipe, etc. A few tweaks and I think it would be cool.

Sorry mate , it's just you , b/c these "concepts" are promising -- brutal minimalism with big jugs ! And I still like the narrow , slab-side look of the 999 . The 1098 already looks dated .

All three of those Guzzis are great.

The Le Mans is beautiful.

I'd buy one.

Apologies I skimmed the first few posts.

Bikes are like women, you want all that you see. I really wish I was rich like Leno. I would have a stable that would be amazing and yes everyone could come and ride.

Ahh.. what a dream...

^ Speaking of whom , does anyone know if Leno actually pays for the toys he seems to acquire every day ? I think every single interesting bike or sports car manages to get into his garage ! He must get some for free or at a drastic discount , b/c even though he makes millions , this habit can get pricey . And with his dwindling ratings , those millions won't be flowing in for long . But there's always his Vegas stand-up tour .

Didn't mean to hijack.

Is that an all new twin-spar aluminum frame , or just plastic covers on the same old steel tubes ? Tough to tell but certainly looks like Al ; this would be a significant step for MG .

I like the first bike, except the tacked on looking finned plate thing. I hate things that appear to not have a function.

I'm also not a fan of the head light, but the rest of the bike is an awesome sculpture.

you know the more I look at those pictures, that finned plate thing appears to be some sort of oil cooler or something. it even looks like there may be a fan tucked in there.
