Default Ducati - Rossi 2011?

Soup :: Bombshell: Ducati Manager Suppo Leaving Team? :: 11-04-2009

...perchance to dream

IMO this would be a culmination of his career; Italian bike - Italian rider 1 or 2 more MGP titles please.

Default Dreams

I would like to see Valentino develop the Ducati and be challenged by Spies on the well developed Yamaha. We would then see if Hayden on a broadly developed bike can get beyond on the Ducati.

Grizzled veteran vs the up and coming kid.

ah, but you see, the only reason he is contemplating a move to Ducati (if you want to believe the unending romours of course) is precisely because of his unfulfilled V4 obsession... lol Remember, you read it here first!

it would seem so. We are told that despite having won the last two championships (and two others with Yam just a couple years prior) on his new generation I4 (on what is generally regarded as the best bike on the grid), he just can't get V4s out of his mind.... Apparently once you've sampled one you don't want to go back....

If a Rossi move to Ducati is more than just a rumour , and is the cause of this management reshuffling , then man oh man Rossi is hiding his unhappiness at Yamaha well .

nothing is left out or taken for granted in one's quest for V4 greatness, do not judge by appearances, it could all be a front...
