I don't understand why people insist on making shows under the impression that everyone out there watching TV is a complete n00b moron. This show has cheese written all over it, from the title to that horrible narrator. For once I'd like to see a show that assumes you already know how to turn a motorcycle on and that it comes equipped with a rear shock.
Having all these professional racers featured on your show is totally useless if you're not making use of their knowledge. I'm tired of the 'celebrity plug' of "Hi I'm so and so and you're watching me talk and not really say anything". I'd love to hear the AMA guys being interviewed about their personal riding techniques and body positioning trying to keep 200hp Superbikes under control.
Or how about a season-long "build" where the show takes some bike new or old and create a full-blown racer with off the shelf parts and document some real results in the hands of an accomplished rider while getting some cool tech insight at the same time? Or season-long demo bike reports kind of like they do in magazines like Superbike and FastBikes where staff get to modify their rides as they please and report back on how the bike does during everyday use. Or a show documenting the international scene where they go check out the Ace Cafe, what it's like at a round of the Japanese Superbike series, follow a privateer WSB or WSS team for a weekend and see the struggles they deal with, enter the CannonBall bike run or Gumball or SOMETHING WE HAVEN'T SEEN A MILLION TIMES!
Somebody please put something on TV worth watching for the sportriding community. RAW THRILL isn't it, it's anything but.
