I'd buy it so I can be a poser. Does that also mean I get to pretend
that I am extremely wealthy?
I'm budgeting $4-5k in maintenance a year.
Cheaper than most country clubs.

I think MV-A is going to have a tough time becoming much more than a boutique presence on the sportbike landscape if they don't win in international motorsports .

If you had said this in 1999, I would have called you prophetic. Saying it in 2009 makes you sound like you've been living under a rock.
I have said it , but they can always start a concerted racing effort now . MV will be around (whether resurrected or not) long after you and I are fertilizer . BTW , I AM a prophet so watch your mouth ... and you're no longer in the rotary club !
I actually worry about the long-term viability of MV. Harley may want too much for the company after smarting from the cost of closing Buell. To get rid of it they will end up giving it away, IMO. But H-D in their arrogance may refuse to do this and just let the marque die. They do not have a clue.

Ouch. So this is how the rotary lobby falls apart... in a tiff over when MV Agusta became/will become an irrelevant boutique brand. Such a shame.
