I can't say that I miss a bike that I sold or wish I could have back.
With me every bike is an evolution or progression to something
different or unique. Are there qualities that a bike had that you wish
you could superimpose on the next bike, sure. However, in my book
there is no "perfect" bike that meets all applications. So, unless you
have the luxury to own 3 bikes, everything is a compromise.

My 929 Fireblade, one of the best bikes I've owned. Sold it to get a brand new VFR which was slower, thirstier and much less reliable. What a HUGE mistake!

VTR1000 Firestorm - it did everything well and was easier to ride from day one than my RC51.

+1 if I could afford it and had the space, I would have kept them all, including my 50cc moped! :-)

I had so much fun on this thing. I use to give my friend fitts and he was on a 999 Ducati! Should have not gotten rid of her.

My Norton Commando. While a bitch to keep running right, it was heaven when it did those 3 or 4 times.
