Looks like the prosecuter's office has chosen to ammend (up) the charge against the cager who laid me out! They are hitting him with an ATTEMPTED MURDER charge.........!!!

That is great, I would like to know what type of person this guy realy is however, or should I say was?
I have no doubt in my mind that that one decission made that night has already changed his life as it did yours. I just want someone who is placed in jail to truly deserve the penalty. You know, a real bad guy not just one dumb mistake.
