Am I crazy or did someone one here make a bold prediction that Haga would retire after 2009?

Edit:
Not crazy

I don't get it, why re-sign Fabrizio? He's never come close to riding to his potential. There are so many good riders out there, even in the 600 class..

You can't sense the sarcasm in that statement? If I recall, I was responding to another members comment about the future and saying how WACKY (hence the wacky smily at the end) the other members prediction was. Ducati always signs new riders for 2 years... Haga was gonna stay, there was no doubt.

So in the future when you post "I mean seriously..." that should mean we are to take your comments as sarcasm?

Ohh and that BS about Rossi, its nonsense. Rossi won't leave GP until his contract is up in 2012, he's a straight-up guy and he wants to win more championships. By then Ben Spies will be on a factory ride in GP and might actually be doing well and perhaps he will be Rossi's replacement, right now anything can happen with him. He could be great in GP or he could suck, look at Edwards... Brilliant in WSBK, blows donky ballz in GP.

Oh well. Toseland's chance is gone! He better hope that he takes Spies place at Yamaha. An even swap. Well not exactly even since Spies is such a better rider LOL

If sponsorship could be found (relatively easy for marketable Toseland I would think), would Ducati run three factory bikes as they did in 2001?

Nothing, nothing at all! All he keeps writing is "I'm a bouncer" and proving why that's the only job he could get.

If Spies wins the title this year they'll need to put Haga on suicide watch...

Haga just can't find any luck man..... Decades of almosts. This was his year, no one was going to stop him. Best bike, best team, he's still one of the top 3 guys, no real competition to boot ( the riders that could take it to him didn't have the bike to do it with)..... There was no way he could loose. And spies shows up and pull a stunt no one has ever pulled in the history of it all, it's gods hail Mary to stop haga.. it's all I can think of.
