I wonder if Ducati has absorbed its "sunk costs" in the Desmo engine with the bikes that they have sold so far. It does not seem like much of a stretch for them to show up for WSBK next year with one made for that series....would not be out of line financially. It would also be easy for them to supply privateers with competitive bikes. I will be most curious to see what they show up with next year now that Aprilia has popped the cherry.

You're obviously not an engineer either. You know, this whole thing is like religion, nothing wrong with what you believe in, but don't try to rub it on everyone else.
And you NO nothing about basic grammar!!!

Oh, I'm sorry, forgot this was a grammar forum. I make a couple mistakes on a public internet forum and you're going to try and correct me? Don't throw stones big boy...

I probably have, but it wasn't good enough to be published in a magazine with journalistic integrity and standards. Most of Superbike Magazine is fluff, so this one did get published. Now you hold it up as a support to your own cracked ideas, and myopic reverence for an engine architecture that, until very recent, wasn't considered a viable sportbike powerplant. And it's only being used by an Italian company so it can stand out from the crowd, not because of some intrinsic benefit that only exists on paper and not in the real world.
